How do i book a bouncy castle?

How much does it cost?
We at Cartoon Castles have a wide variety of inflatables to suit all budgets! The price depends on the size and type of inflatable you require. Full details and prices can be found on our website or alternatively you can Contact Us or call Padraic on 086-0839803.
How long can i keep the inflatable?
We aim to deliver your inflatable as early as possible in the morning to ensure you get the most of the day out of your bouncy castle hire. Our collection time starts at 7pm you will be notified on delivery of an approximate time for collection. Please note that overnight bookings are available at an additional cost for further information please Contact Us.
When is payment taken?
Payment is to be made on the delivery of your inflatable. Payment must be made by way of cash at the moment as we can not accept credit or debit cards. Payment can also be made by way of cheque but must be done so at least 10 working days prior to delivery.
What time is delivery?
Our normal delivery time is from 8am until 12pm, however delivery is available at other times to suit your needs and an alternative time can be arranged on booking!
Is a deposit require on booking?
No a booking deposit is not required, however due to high demand for the month of May we do request a non refundable booking deposit of €50.
What happens if i need to cancel?
Your booking can be cancelled with no cancellation fee however we would ask that you notify us as soon as possible of your cancellation so that we can make the inflatable available to others.
What happens if it rains?
All of our castles (excluding the slides) have built in rain covers which will protect again light showers. However if heavier rain is forecast you may cancel you booking or change it to a different date (depending on availability).
What is included in the price?
Our castles are all fully insured. All prices include delivery, setup and collection at times and locations agreed between both parties. Please note that some locations maybe subject to a delivery charge. Please Contact Us to find out more.
What notice is needed for a booking?
A bouncy castle can be booked with a few hours notice however, this is subject to availability, we do however recommend booking well in advance to ensure you get the inflatable that you want. Bookings can be made up to 12 months in advance.
Can the inflatable go on any type of ground?
Our inflatables are required to be set up on flat ground, grass area is best. The area also needs to be free from any sharp objects including stones, dog/cat mess or muddy areas. Our inflatables can be used on hard standing ground i.e. concrete or tar however please note that the ground will have to be drilled and bolted to comply with health and safety. This will however leave between 6 and 20, 10mm holes in the ground. There will also be an additional charge of €50 for this. Call Padraic on 086-0839803 if you need to discuss your options.
Can the bouncy castle be used in doors?
Yes all our inflatables can be used in doors such as community centers and other such buildings.
Is there discount available when hiring multiple bouncy castles?
Yes we do offer discount for multiple bouncy castle hires depending on which inflatable you are hiring please feel free to Contact Us for a price or call Padraic on 086-0839803.
